How I Get Free Make Up from Sephora

I do the majority of my skin care and make up shopping from Sephora. They carry all the brands I love, have great customer service and return policy, and have a great rewards program. The Beauty Insider rewards program is amazing, if you utilize everything it offers. The Beauty Insider is free to join, and has three tiers based on how much you spend in a year.

I am in the Rouge tier, which comes with so many additional benefits that I love. $1000 a year is a LOT of money, but it averages to less than $100 a month, and since it’s the only place I shop for both my mother and I for skincare and make up, as well as gifts, it’s a lot easier to achieve than I thought. Some of the perks are early access to products, exclusive birthday gifts, free shipping, and first access and larger discounts during their savings events. But my personal favorite part of the program is the rewards store. For every dollar you spend, you get 1 point. But they often have events where you get triple points for certain categories etc, so they add up fast. They also roll over each year so you can keep stacking up on the points!

In store, they often have the little sample sizes for 100 points that you can get. PASS on these, and go to the app or the website. Every Tuesday and Thursday at noon EST, they update their rewards on a section called the “Rewards Bazaar” with a ton of exclusive sets you can get with points. I’m talking full size products, Sephora gift Cards, experiences, charity donations, exclusive merch, etc. Quantities are limited for each item, so you have to act FAST if there’s something you want!

I’ve been stacking up my points for years. I’ll get a few things here or there, but usually wait until there’s a big reward I want before I use my points, so I had a ton to use. And then this week I checked and there were two big rewards I needed to have, and am so thrilled to have been able to get.

The first set I picked up was the Biossance Self-Care Routine set. It comes with the body scrub, body lotion, a squalene oil, and a tote bag, and all the products are full size! I absolutely love Biossance products, and it being an almost $100 value I thought it was such a great deal. A $100 gift card costs 2500 points, so this to me is almost double the value!

The second set which I’m the most excited about, is the “Year of Kosas Tinted Skincare Lineup”. I absolutely LOVE Kosas products, and use them daily. So a year’s worth of products (3 foundations, 3 concealers, 3 powders, and 3 make up sponges) is like a dream come true to me. I could pick my shades I wanted, so I could get exactly what I wanted! It comes to almost $400 retail value, so I save money on not having to restock on make-up products for a long time.

The sets I got are from two brands I already use and love, so I knew I would enjoy these. It’s also a great chance to try something new, without having to spend your hard-earned money on it. All of these rewards are limited quantities and go fast, but new ones are added weekly so I suggest holding out for something you love!!!
