Rhode Restock: What I got

After getting a few products when Rhode first launch, everything’s been out of stock since, and for good reason. The price points are all under $30 which is amazing for skincare, and also the products are amazing. Since I got it, I’ve been using the Barrier Restore Cream and the Lip Treatment daily. When I saw they were doing a full restock of the site, I knew I had to stock up on my favorites!

My trick to restocks is following the social media and signing up for emails, so you’re always in the loop of when the restocks are. The restock was on 8/2 at 11 am EST, so I was on the website a few minutes early JUST in case! And good thing I was, as I was able to add to cart and tried to check out at exactly 11:02. Even though I was in que to checkout within 2 minutes of the site restock, there were still things that sold out before I could complete the check-out process. I love the lip treatment, and had the unscented version and the salted caramel version in my cart, and sadly my beloved unscented sold out before I could finish checking out. But I was able to grab the glazing fluid, the restore cream, and the caramel lip treatment so I’m still thrilled!

While the Salted Caramel scent is nice, I personally prefer the unscented version and will be repurchasing that one over the scented version. The biggest shock for me was the peptide glazing fluid. The texture of it is like a light gel consistency, and it absorbs so quickly into the skin. It makes it super hydrated and glowy, like a true glazed donut, just as how it was marketed. The thing I love most about this product is how versatile it is. You can wear it before your moisturizer for a boost of hydration, you can mix it in with your foundation to adds a glow to your skin, or you can wear it on top of your make up almost like a highlight to add a touch of dewiness to the high points of your face.

Now that I’ve tried every product that Rhode has launched, I’m truly impressed and can’t wait to try whatever comes next. And I will be stalking their socials and website for the next restock.
