When it comes to clean beauty, or even just make up in general, Merit is one of my all-time favorite brands. I use their products daily, and love how easy they are to use, and how fast I can get ready due to how blendable they are. One of my top used products from them is their Minimalist Stick.
I got the Minimalist stick when I first ordered a few products from the brand, and instantly fell in love. The formula was so creamy and easy to apply and carry around due to the stick format. I could use it to spot concealer, or in place of foundation. Paired with their blending brush and flush balm, I can get my face ready for the day in about 5 minutes. The shape of the stick is so easy to use just where you need it, and so you don’t use more product than you need. It makes your skin look like your skin but better, and never cakey or overdone. After a week or two of using it daily, and seeing it constantly out of stock, I ordered a few as back stock since I never wanted to be without this product. I’m so glad I did because the Minimal stick has been sold out forever, until now.
One thing I love about the brand is that they listen to their customers. They saw the comments on how the Minimalist stick could be improved, waited to sell out of the existing stock, and are relaunching with a new and improved version. The formula that was so loved has not changed, but the amount of product is almost doubled, all while keeping the same price. They also redesigned the packaging for more durability, something I never had an issue with but I saw in reviews it was a top complaint.
The relaunch is on Tuesday August 2nd on Merits’ website, and you can also find it on Sephora as well! Since I’m on my last tube of the Minimalist stick the relaunch couldn’t have been better timing for me, and you know I signed up to be notified the second it’s in stock, and will definitely be purchasing a few since I know it will sell out in no time.
