I have loved every product from Summer Fridays I have ever tried, and always try to order any new releases they have. When I heard they were coming out with an SPF, something I wear every day, I couldn’t wait to try it. I own a lot of different SPF products; mineral chemical, tinted, serums, sprays, lotions, high end to low end, but this one quickly became one of my favorites.
Shadedrops is a lightweight mineral sunscreen that has SPF 30. The consistency is serum like and blends into your skin beautifully. It has vitamins and antioxidants so it helps improve your skin while protecting it. It leaves no white cast like other mineral sunscreens, and when I put my make up over it, it doesn’t pill! The Shadedrops also has a natural finish, so it doesn’t make your skin shiny like other sunscreens can. Since it’s not tinted like other SPFs I own, I just throw on a little concealer on top and I’m good to go for the day.
From the first day I tried it, I knew it was going to be a staple in my skincare routine. It’s an SPF that’s easy to incorporate into my every day, and doesn’t clog my pores or feel heavy on my skin. This makes me enjoy wearing SPF, rather than dread putting it on every day. For anyone that has hated trying mineral sunscreens before, this one is a must try and will change your mind!!
