I first tried this product when I received a free sample when I ordered something from Sephora. It came with a few different shades you can try, and after trying it once I immediately ordered a full size.
The Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint has SPF 40 in it that helps protect your skin from UVA and UVB, and is also has ingredients that help you improve your skin as well. It contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and plant based-squalene, so it’s skin care, skin protectant, and make up all in one. The packaging is recyclable, and it is vegan, cruelty free, and clean. What more could you want in a product?
It comes in a glass bottle with a little dropper, which makes it super easy to get the amount of product you want. It goes on sooo smoothly, and is light coverage, and is the perfect weight for me for everyday wear. I feel like it really gives you that no-makeup makeup look, and shows your skin but a better version of it. It also comes in 30 different shades, and gives you a slightly dewy finish.
I have recommended this product to so many of my friends and family, because it just really is such a great product. It is a little bit on the higher end of the price range at $48, but being skincare SPF and a makeup product in one I feel like the price is justified. This has been my go to product for every day wear for over a year, and I don’t see that changing. I do like trying new products, and some days I want more coverage than others, but this is one product that I always end up coming back to again and again. It has won award for various different magazines and websites, and it’s easy to see why!
