You often see people talk about new items they have purchased, but I also love seeing what items people have gone through entirely, and will choose to repurchase. To me, this shows what items they have used for a while, and continue to use over other items.
Over the past few months, I have gone through new and previously purchased beauty items, but below are ones I will repurchase again.
- Caudalie Vino Pure Skin Perfecting Mattifying Lotion
I purchased this lotion during the last Sephora sale, and it exceeded all my expectations for a lotion. The price point is significantly less than other lotions I have used in the past, but it hydrated just as well and the packaging was so much easier to use than a jar. This paired with the Summer Fridays lotion was everything my skin needed!!
- Summer Fridays Heavenly Sixteen All in One Face Oil
This has quickly become one of my Holy Grail skin care items, and it was something I never thought I would love as much as I do. Having oily/combination skin, an oil seemed like the exact opposite of what I needed. But its so fast absorbing, and mixes so well with my other lotions that it is a must have for me. I’m not quite finished with my bottle yet, but I will definitely be ordering it before I’m fully out because I really can’t go without it, especially in the winter months! My husband has also been using it after he shaves, and has helped moisturize his skin so much as well.
- Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm
This is another one of my Holy Grail products that I can never be without. So much so I have purchased multiple (one for home, one for my purse, one for my nightstand) because it’s the only thing that hydrates my lips, without giving me a reaction (I often get little bumps or congestion from other lip products)
- Caudalie Radiance Serum
This has been such a great addition to my nighttime skincare routine. It helps visibly brighten my skin, and also helps fade any acne scars. It’s a thicker serum, but absorbs so nicely and is the perfect step before moisturizer.
- Summer Fridays CC Me Serum
I have gone through around 4 bottles of this vitamin C serum, and I still continue to purchase it again and again. I use this in the morning before my moisturizer, and it helps brighten my skin and add a healthy glow. I can definitely see if a difference when I don’t use it!
- Briogeo Banana and Coconut Nourishing Body Cream
This is not a product I would have normally purchased, but I love Briogeo hair care products and saw this and thought why not try it. And I’m so happy I did. I usually do not purchase scented lotions, and while it smells like a smoothie, it is by far one of the best lotions I have ever used. I get very dry itchy patches of skin on my legs, and have tried dozens of different lotions to try and help. So far, this has been the only lotion that I have gone all day without reapplying lotion and not getting dry itchy skin. It absorbs quickly and isn’t sticky or greasy, and the scent does fade after a few minutes. I do hope they expand their skincare line!!
Even though these are the only empties I would repurchase, I don’t think that any of the items I am not repurchasing were bad, but I think there are other options out there that I would try first!
