Favorite Jeans for Petites

Great fitting denim for petites is not easy. I’m 5’1”, so most petite jeans are still too long for me. While hemming is always an option, it’s an additional cost and most time before you can wear them, and also sometimes looks off proportionally especially if there is any fading.

Below are my go to denim styles perfect for my fellow petites:

These are all premium denim and are definitely pricey and a splurge, but as always I do look around and see if I can find them for a lower price! That being said, the denim quality is amazing and they will last you for years (I’ve had some of my pairs from these brands for 5+ years), and in my opinion totally worth the price as long as they fit great and you love them! If I find a fit or style I love, I do tend to buy it in multiple washes. For example, the pictures of the AGOLDE Riley jeans, in different washes and distressing they look completely different. I have the AGOLDE Sophie in a light distressed wash, a clean medium blue, and a class black pair. Even though they’re technically the same cut, they all serve a different use in my wardrobe.

Petite style tip:  ALWAYS remember your proportions! If you’re wearing skinny jeans, balance it out with something a little looser or structured. Looser fit jeans? Maybe pair with a more fitted top or add some heels!
