There is not a day where I do not put on jewelry. I think it adds a personal touch to every outfit, and can elevate anything from jeans and a t-shirts to a sweat suit. There are some pieces of jewelry that is splurge worthy, that you would wear everyday and would probably want made out of gold or platinum so you don’t have to worry about taking it off everyday. My engagement ring and the ring I got from my mother are two pieces I never take off. Other rings and necklaces are where I LOVE to mix it up depending on my mood or outfit, and change it up everyday.
I’m a big believer in layering and mixing and matching. I don’t think that everything has to be one material or similar shapes. The more you play around and layer, the more your personal style will show through. My absolute must-have for any collection is a necklace extender. This tiny little add one will allow you to be able to layer any necklaces since you can make any necklace longer, and will come in handy more times than you think.
Here are some of my favorite places to get amazing jewelry for under $250
- Parpala
This is my ALL TIME favorite place to get my necklaces. They have the best styles that you can customize to different lengths, so you can get the perfect layered look. The team there is also amazing and can help you create the perfect stack!
- Baublebar
Baublebar is known for it’s trendy styles at affordable prices, so it’s no wonder items sell out so fast! I love their chunky necklaces, statement rings, and stacking bracelets. They also have pieces you can customize and personalize, which I absolutely love for gifts, and especially for myself.
- Stone and Strand
With simple and dainty pieces, they have the perfect pieces that would be on your every day rotation. They do have pricier pieces filled with diamonds, but also lots of options (even some with little shiny stones) that won’t break the bank.
- Maje
I first fell in love with their clothes, but their jewelry quickly caught my eye. Their ever changing initial necklaces are always fun, and add a personal touch to your layering stack.
- 8 Other Reasons
Another great place for trendy jewelry at reasonable prices, they have everything from great statement earrings to the cutest hair accessories.
- Mejuri
They are on the higher end of the budget spectrum, but their classic styles and 14k yellow gold make their pieces staples and a great addition to any collection.
- Anthropolgie
With great seasonal pieces (perfect to pair with those summer whites), Anthropologie has some amazing jewelry, and great for unique pieces you can’t find just anywhere. They tend to have great sales, so that’s the perfect time to stock up, or grab that statement pieces you’ve been eyeing!
